Grand Circle Corporation, the industry leader in providing exceptional international travel experiences to Americans over 50, is seeking a seasoned Travel Consultant to join our close-knit group of Adventure Counselors. You will be responsible for selling Grand Circle’s award-winning trips in more than 85 countries and being a dependable resource for our travelers in this inbound call center position. You will assist our customers in arranging their ideal departure, customizing their air itineraries, and answering any questions they may have by working individually or as part of a team to personalize their experiences based on their specific preferences.

Personalize air reservations at the point of sale with the help of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) systems; Meet and exceed individual sales and quality goals while selling Grand Circle products and services; Communicate all required information to our travelers, including the details of our products and policies; Drive individual competition while remaining a positive team player; Overcome traveler objections

Your Contribution to the Team:

GDS sales experience of at least two years (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo, etc.) Strong track record of consistently achieving performance goals and having personal accountability for own results Technically savvy with experience navigating multiple computer systems Able to work various shifts (including one weekend day) International travel/work experience preferred Call center experience preferred Ability to learn and adhere to Grand Circle’s values to further enhance your ability to contribute to the team Benefits (30 hours or more): 401K Retirement Savings account with Company Match 50% Discount on GCC trips, and opportunities for on-site training and travel Robust healthcare benefits, including Medical
