The Group:
Mattel’s people, assets, and reputation are all under the protection of the Global Security Team. The Position and the Opportunity:
To protect Mattel’s employees, guests, products, and brands, we are looking for a motivated, passionate, collaborative, and detail-oriented Global Security Coordinator with security experience. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, experience designing and delivering employee training programs, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

At Mattel’s headquarters in El Segundo, California, this position is located.

Contribute to Mattel’s GlobalSecurity Strategy by consistently implementing policies and procedures and providing outstanding customer service to safeguard Mattel’s people, assets, and reputation.
To ensure the safety of all visitors and employees, enforce Mattel Global Security policies and procedures.
liable for overseeing and assisting with administrative security functions like coordinating, preparing, organizing, creating, updating, maintaining, and processing, among other things.
scheduling, creating agendas, allocating resources, and coordinating activities with other Mattel departments and external vendors are all aspects of the coordination of meetings, special events, and training opportunities.
Create and implement comprehensive security education programs. Develop materials for training, provide instruction as needed, and monitor progress in training.
Provide technical and administrator support for all Global Security systems, including JotForm, Resolver, DocTract, GuardTrax, video management, access control, and others.
Forms, policies, procedures, and other security documents should be created, edited, and kept up.
Security operations best practices should be followed, and when necessary, new protocols should be developed.
Prepare and present reports on investigations, incident response, and Global Security operations.
In accordance with Mattel’s retention and storage policies, keep records and documents.
As needed, work with vendors and contractors to make sure that the work is done on time and in accordance with any agreements or contracts.
Ensure alignment between security and safety policies during events by working with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S).
Contribute to the development of comprehensive plans for a variety of emergency situations. Supporting regular drills and adapting emergency plans to changing threats are two examples of this.
Order processing, on-hand supply monitoring, article customization, and issuance tracking are all part of managing the Global Security uniform program.
Help keep track of the company’s vehicles and drivers’ fleet records across all locations. Monitoring vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records are all part of this.
In accordance with Mattel’s Dependability program, ensure security team coverage through schedule development, monitoring, and documentation.
Greet visitors and respond to or refer any questions they may have.
Utilizing the Envoy Visitor Management system, assist with visitor registration and direct vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
Additional responsibilities given to you by your manager or supervisor.
ability to work multiple shifts or shift times to accommodate business requirements.
Remote work is not allowed for this onsite position.
Up to 25% travel is required. Qualifications What We’re Looking For:

For this position, the base hourly rate is between $20.80 and $26.00.
**This range represents the anticipated hiring range; however, a candidate’s work location, skills, and experience will determine the base hourly rate.
