Full job description McGee Air Services is seeking Interline Agents at LAX. This is a union-represented position with pay ranging from $23.03 to $25.80 per hour. Within the allotted time, efficiently transfer passenger luggage from the aircraft or conveyer belt to staged carts or designated drop-off locations.
Use a TUG in a secure, efficient, and effective manner.
Make good use of a baggage scanner.
Learn the information on the bag tag.
In a fast-paced and changing environment, maintain a high level of focus and curiosity.
Maintain work areas regularly and take proper care of equipment.
Always carry out tasks with safety and compliance in mind, and report any potential threats or dangers.
Requires a commitment to safety and customer service in order to assist in ensuring that passengers’ baggage is transported to the appropriate destination in staged carts. Previous experience with industrial equipment and operation is preferred.

Having a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and one of the following documents is required to be qualified for this position: obtaining and maintaining an airport security clearance, customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance, which includes a background criminal history check, drug screen, fingerprinting, and successful completion of the Airport Operations Area written test within the first two attempts required.
