GFI is looking for a Financial Sales Specialist (remote position) based in California. The ideal candidate will help with onboarding new clients and agents, manage client relationships, expand existing accounts, and find new business opportunities. We want to help you learn new skills while also making a big difference in how families’ finances in the country change.

Please be aware: Only Commission-Based Obligations:

Attend three to five training sessions each week. Conduct monthly, weekly, and quarterly calls with clients, agents, and the leadership team. Schedule and conduct client appointments. Educate clients on a variety of financial topics (such as retirement, investing, life insurance, legacy protection, college planning, taxes, etc.).

Qualifications:

Experience in sales or marketing is preferred. A basic understanding of retirement concepts (401(k), pensions, etc.)
Possess a positive personality, be able to pass a background check and pass a state licensing exam, and be willing to invest in the required licensing and background check ($199).

Pay: Annual salary ranges from $59,000 to $108,000. Full- and part-time work options are available, as is a remote work environment, health insurance, and paid time off. Comprehensive mentoring and training programs are also available. Bonuses, commissions, and direct deposit payments are made twice a week.
As part of our elite Broker Training Program, we provide training that is leading the industry, including weekly on-site and field training sessions.
