Overview of the full job description:

At Aerounion Cargo, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Operation Supervisor to join our team. You will be crucial to driving growth and ensuring that aircraft cargo, inventory, parts, or people move from one location to another in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Also, take care of the warehouse and ramp operations. Effectively communicate with authorities like the FAA, TSA, and CBP, as well as other departments at the airport. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong background in logistics, and a track record of achieving goals.

Charges of Supervision:

Supervise the work of service providers hired to run the ramp and warehouse. You must have worked with Load Master.

managing human and material resources to ensure that Aerounion clients receive high-quality service.

Coordinate permit processing as the company’s representative at CBP.

Supervise and coordinate the cargo transits and connections at both the arrival and departure points, as well as the departments for import and export. check the sent times for the aircraft’s arrival and departure.

support and supervise maintenance during an aircraft operation. walk around the aircraft to make sure there is no FOD or damage to it or its surroundings.

Ramp Operation Features:

Load Master Experience Make certain that all inbound and outbound documentation is placed and collected.

Set up a cooler on board, buy any toilet paper or sanitary towels that are missing, and so on.

To find new business opportunities and potential growth areas, conduct market research.

Presentations:
Communicate effectively the advantages and features of the airline’s cargo services.

Produce periodic reports on the performance of the station, market trends, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree, GED, or equivalent experience in warehouse and ramp operations is preferred.
Proven experience in the air cargo industry, at least two years in a managerial position, with familiarity with TSA procedures and the Airbus 330
strong comprehension of the market dynamics, regulations, and air cargo industry.

Capable of using cargo management systems and willing to travel when necessary
