What you’re going to do!

Do you track down bliss and fulfillment in aiding individuals? Because you have the power to give a passenger a positive start to their journey, working as a Customer Service Agent will leave you with a sense of fulfillment each day. Be the first to greet passengers and ensure a smooth check-in and ticketing process, so don’t let that smile go to waste.
If you enjoy working with computers and learning new software, this job is ideal for you. You will be able to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes using our reservation and ticketing software while interacting with customers in an efficient, friendly, and courteous manner.

Have no time for the gym? No issue! Lifting the customers’ bags onto the belt and escorting them to their final destination will give you a good workout.

Ensure on-time departures and arrivals by safely loading, unloading, and sorting baggage, mail, and freight.
You won’t need a gym membership because you will be lifting luggage throughout your shift.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

Bags weighing up to 75 pounds must be able to be carried, lifted, and turned by one person.
Possess a valid driver’s license (some restrictions on licenses may prevent a candidate from being considered for this position).

At least 18 years old.

GED, a high school diploma, or the equivalent in another country.
ability to pass a drug and background check before working.
authorised to work without sponsorship in the United States.
