Full job description: Kings Staffing is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Enrollment Assistance Program (EAP). In your role as a Customer Service Representative, you will be accountable for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to Pennsylvanians enrolled in the Medical Assistance (Medicaid) program who are searching for a primary care physician (PCP).
Education/Experience:
Least secondary school confirmation or GED; prior experience working in customer service, preferably in a call center; excellent skills in writing, organization, and organization; ability to read and follow a script approved by the client; ability to work well in a fast-paced, goal-oriented workplace; the capacity to work independently as well as as part of a team.
Responsibilities of the job:
– Responds to all calls and transactions and keeps accurate records.

– Responds to questions and, when necessary, directs callers to alternative sources. Provides information to MA customers about the Health Choices Program’s physical and behavioral health services and service providers to help them make voluntary choices and switch plans. refers to the Maximus knowledge base system to keep up with EAP and Health Choices Program system and program knowledge.
– Completes required data entry tasks
– As needed, takes part in mail enrollment and outreach activities.
– Notifies the Call Center Supervisor of any issues or problems.
– Meets all requirements for this position’s metrics.
– Follows the daily schedule for work.
– Completes any other responsibilities entrusted to them by management.
Qualifications:
Benefits: – Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally – Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities – Sales experience or the ability to effectively upsell products is desirable – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
