Job Description: Focus on Metals Technicians, Metal MX Technicians, Inspectors, and Operators, and develop and implement a standardized training strategy that ensures consistency and effectiveness across departments. Document the current understanding of each phase’s standard work procedures, curriculum materials, and training protocols.

The ideal candidate is driven and meticulous, and they can help with documenting and recording company procedures that will be used for training in the future. Someone who is about to graduate in 2025 and is looking to gain practical experience in mechanical engineering, robotics, business operations, and process management would do well to apply for this part-time position.

Job Duties: Capture and record the Metals Technicians, Metal MX Technicians, Inspectors, and Operators’ current understanding of standard work processes, curriculum materials, and training protocols.
Standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, training manuals, and video reference guides are all examples of user-friendly, clear documentation.
