You are a strategic business partner and advocate as the manager of Starbucks partner resources. We would love to hear from individuals who:

Six or more years of experience as a generalist or specialist in human resources.

Three or more years of experience working as a consultant with internal clients to determine business requirements and solutions.
This position will necessitate a presence in Seattle, Washington, with at least three years of supervisory experience.

You can take vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in California) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in California) for roles at director or above if you work in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND, or RI. You will receive 120 hours of annual vacation time for roles below director in other states, and 200 hours for roles director and above.

The successful candidate’s actual base pay will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, location, and internal equity.

Compensation decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate at Starbucks, and it is uncommon for a person to be hired at the upper end of the range for their position.
