REQUIRED Capabilities
Secondary School certificate or same; Possessing a college degree is preferred, as is the capacity to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Microsoft Office Suite for Intermediate Users: Intermediate keyboard proficiency and 50 wpm typing speed are required.
Previous BDC Agent experience is required. Ability to quickly solve problems. Ability to work in a cubicle without being able to leave the desk. Ability to diffuse department disruptions while providing mentorship and coaching. Previous call center training and customer service skills are preferred.

Please be informed that eliteBDC is a performance-based business. The hours listed in this section may be influenced by exceptional performance or teamwork. We work hard to meet the needs and requests of all of our employees to the best of our ability while also meeting the shifting requirements of our customers. For a healthy work-life balance, we also try to keep one to two scheduled days off each week. Please let the BDC Director and Assistant Manager know when you want to take a day off. Typically, these fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
It is anticipated that all BDC Agents will be available from Sunday to Saturday. two nights a week. Two shifts, one on Friday evening, one on Saturday day, one on Saturday evening, or one on Sunday. It is possible to request an additional evening during the week if weekend availability is difficult. Off during the handbook-specified holidays (Easter, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB: Maintain the customer databases and CRM databases of our clients.
Schedule between eight and ten appointments per day for five shows. 50 shows per month is the goal.
Confirm all maker leads and their copy have gotten an important email relating to their solicitation and meet the producer rules.
Verify that all telephone and internet leads have received prompt responses to their questions.
Inform the BDC Agents promptly of any new incentives, specials, promotions, inventory, or product information that you become aware of on a daily basis.
Learn about dealership procedures (such as appraisal and finance) and learn how to effectively convey these procedures to BDC agents.
Verify that the department’s inbound calls have been entered into the CRM system. By making specific notes, you can add relevant information about the customer interaction to the CRM.
Upon request, complete the CRM/ILM certification requirements for the dealership. Follow the national and state Do Not Call policies and procedures. Complete the tasks assigned to the CRM daily work plan within Volie (our CRM). ability to view records in the CRM of our customers.
Each day, make at least 150 outbound calls. keeping track of your own appointments for payroll assistance.
Ask a BDC Training Agent, CRM Specialist, or Manager to take over a call if necessary to practice and rehearse telephone scripts and objections on a daily and weekly basis.
Verify that every appointment satisfies the day’s 50% appointment confirmation rate.
Verify that all scheduled appointments have been shown and/or rescheduled. Complete manifest lists as directed. Ensure that the dealership’s internet lead response time for the day is less than ten minutes. Serve as department liaison for BDC and dealership. Complete additional requests as directed. You might be familiar with these things or have been trained on them before.
