Essential responsibilities Resolve system or content-related questions from customers efficiently via chat, email, and phone.
Take complete responsibility for customer cases.
Keep track of client interactions in our database of customer relationships.
As needed, take part in projects and efforts to improve processes.
As required, provide management with general reports.
As needed, take part in product testing and review.
Keep customer and product data safe and confidential.
Other responsibilities
This is a hybrid position that requires two office days per week.
During peak seasons (January to April and September to October), you must be able to work a schedule that works for you, including some overtime hours on the weekends and in the evenings.
Job Requirements Minimum Requirements:
An associate’s degree in a business-related field, one year of experience in accounting or tax, or two years of experience in a customer service role are all acceptable qualifications.
ability to commute every Tuesday and Wednesday to the office in Kennesaw, Georgia, or Wichita, Kansas.
willing to work overtime.
Preferred:
Experience working with CCH tax and accounting software Tax preparation or accounting experience Experience working in a help desk or customer support environment Use of SalesForce.com Other skills, certifications, or education:
