The position requires a full-time board-certified internal medicine physician to join our Buffalo practice to provide comprehensive primary care to our family members (patients). The candidate must have completed an accredited training program in BC/BE (recent graduate) Internal Medicine and be able to obtain a medical license to practice in the State of New York.

Dedicated Medical Assistant RN support for triage and clinical follow-up MSO services to promote patient engagement. These services include a nurse line available 24 hours a day, in-home APP and/or nurse visits, remote patient monitoring, medication delivery support if necessary, and four and a half workdays with an average of 18 to 21 patients per day.
