Summary of Position: CVS Health’s clinical data must be activated by the Clinical AI team in order to improve outcomes in a variety of business lines and use cases. You will be a subject matter expert in clinical data and how to use it to solve health care issues as a Lead Data Scientist.

develop, validate, put into practice, and support predictive models and algorithms that look into problem spaces, find patterns, help people make decisions, or predict what will happen.

lead the design and implementation of an analytics solution with product owners, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data engineers.

extract insights and features from unstructured clinical data by utilizing large language models (LLMs) as well as natural language processing (NLP).

lead the development of the clinical data feature store, which aims to speed up the use of future clinical data use cases.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or annual full-time salary for all positions in this job grade, which ranges from $106,605.00 to $284,280.00. Experience, education, location, and other relevant factors will all play a role in determining the actual base salary offer. In addition to the aforementioned base pay range, this position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
