Key Accountabilities

Deals

· Keep up with and become Inline’s geotechnical and geomatics administration lines, with an emphasis on foundation clients and ventures.

With the help of the Business Development Team, increase sales and find potential leads and opportunities.

• Projects involving market research, such as the creation of a canvas and regional or project databasing.

Creating and carrying out sales plans for specific sectors or territories.

The creation and implementation of account plans.

Data entry for CRM.

Attendance at events and conferences.

Follow-ups on proposals in owned accounts and opportunities

Proposals: If the preconstruction team requires it, support and input during proposal development.

Assistance with data entry into the proposal database should the preconstruction team require it.

Marketing: general assistance for the marketing department.

Experience, minimum qualifications, and Ability to adapt and learn as needed Strong understanding of infrastructure projects and the infrastructure sector, as well as the engineering and construction stakeholders within it is an asset; Strong understanding and developed relationships within general contractor, P3, and land development organizations is an asset; Knowledge of technical concepts is an asset – civil construction, surveying, materials testing, and geotechnical engineering is an asset; Strong presentation and public speaking abilities are an asset.
