The Eligibility and Enrollment Analyst is in charge of documenting, evaluating, and recommending enhancements to existing business procedures.

Essential responsibilities and duties:
Analyze and document current business procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct a requirements analysis, design, and business process modification implementation.
Using the advanced features of MS Excel, MS Access, and other software tools, you can extract, aggregate, pivot, review, analyze, and present data in a variety of formats.
Make suggestions to the staff at operations and the call center based on your analysis of the organization’s processes, policies, and existing systems.
oversee projects from their inception through their completion and evaluation to ascertain their effects.
Skills in survey research, statistical analysis, and data aggregation and analysis are all required.
Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree and more than three years of experience.

Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on a variety of factors, such as the location of the job, a candidate’s education, training, and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, any travel that may be required, external market and internal value analysis, such as seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment.
