Job Overview
The Member Engagement Manager is responsible for fostering membership engagement and relationship building to grow the Society. This position is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to both current and prospective members by implementing strategies that are engaging and demonstrate maximum member value across all SIIM programs and events.

- Serve as the main point of contact for members by providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries across all SIIM products, initiatives, and benefits
- Provide comprehensive support for Organization and Corporate member accounts, fostering strong relationships and promoting member satisfaction.
- Support membership recruitment, engagement, and retention
- Contribute to the annual comprehensive membership strategy
- Navigate the AMS regularly to maintain accurate and up to date membership records, process membership approvals and conduct record hygiene
- Implement and support member engagement strategies and plans, including onboarding and other touchpoints that will provide an active and welcoming member experience
- Initiate new strategies and opportunities for engagement based on member interaction
- Maintain and grow the SIIM Career Center
- Serve as the staff liaison to the SIIM Member in Training Committee working toward execution of projects and goals.
- Assist with the management and staffing of all aspects of registration to include onsite registration
- Manage Call for Volunteers Program
- Coordinate staff contributions for Member Connect newsletter
- Support finance in light accounting tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years’ experience in membership or similar customer service-oriented role
- Experience working in a nonprofit setting preferred
- Experience with Nimble association management system strongly desired
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to be detailed, meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and work as part of a team
- Travel to SIIM events (1-2 times/year travel to office annual meeting)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Remote
