Experience with Customers:
Models and offers client support best practices with all area staff to convey a particular and wonderful client experience, including relational propensities (e.g., welcoming, eye to eye connection, civility, and so on.) and Walgreens’ service characteristics (such as proactive assistance, recognizing requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, etc.).
Operations:
schedules and assigns pharmacists to open shifts in the event of “no shows,” disability, jury duty, or PTO.
manages appointments and schedules them, assigns them a priority, and follows up. monitors appointments, sends reminders, and maintains a calendar for the Healthcare Supervisor. maintains and organizes files and paperwork.
Makes and deliveries the plan for getting work done for alleviation drug specialists utilizing the market booking framework.
Coordinates the schedules of full-time pharmacists who require additional shifts to complete their schedule and minimize premium pay incurred to cover shifts. Cascades key communications to the area and associated districts, as instructed by HCS.
oversees the WOLF system’s credentialing, licensing, and PTCB compliance status for all area pharmacy staff.
makes the necessary travel arrangements, such as hotel accommodations and ground transportation. assembles travel plans for the Healthcare Supervisor. takes care of expense reports.
assists the Healthcare Supervisor in scheduling, preparing, documenting, and reporting store visits.
assembles salaried pharmacist payroll for approval by the Healthcare Supervisor; resolves problems with payroll when necessary.
supports Healthcare Supervisor with pharmacy recruitment: coordinates campus recruiting events, communicates with target schools and internal recruiting teams, and follows up with interview candidates to provide interview logistics or offer details.
supports the Healthcare Supervisor in managing the pharmacy intern program.
Coordinates meetings by preparing logistics (travel, lodging), meeting content, and ensuring that appropriate software, equipment, meeting space, and other items (food, supplies) are available whenever time permits.
Screens correspondence when time permits, gives mail priority, and drafts responses as needed. Obtains any additional information required to respond and refers more complicated and/or urgent issues to the appropriate individual.
uses discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
respects all company procedures and policies; respects coworkers and maintains relationships with them.
completes special assignments and other tasks as directed, such as report generation and healthcare initiative support, in addition to general office duties.
Training and personal development:
as directed by the Director of Pharmacy & Retail Operations or the Regional Vice President, attends training and completes training modules.
monitors one’s performance, sets high personal standards, looks for best practices, learns from others, and improves one’s job performance as a means of self-development.

Basic requirements: GED or high school diploma
proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for instance: opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing a font, font size, and size of the font, formatting cells as currency, using the copy, paste, and save functions, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check, and/or printing worksheets are all examples of these actions.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, such as: changing views, inserting a table or note, moving objects, printing outline view, and/or running a slide show) and inserting, rearranging, hiding, and deleting slides. navigating between slides. increasing list level. adding, centering, and editing text.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word (for instance: cutting and pasting text, aligning it, choosing a font, changing the size and type of the font, changing the column width and margins, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures, and dates, using the find and replace, undo, spell check, tracking changes, and using the review pane and/or print functions are just some of the tasks you can perform in a document.
Prior experience working for Walgreens would be preferable.
