The position’s primary responsibility is to manage the functions of the front office, including patient intake and related administrative duties. This is a full-time position.

Reporting Relationship: Essential duties and responsibilities: Greet and check out patients, collect co-pays, verify insurance, scan insurance cards, and print encounter forms. Reports to the Front Desk Supervisor. Verify patient appointments, demographic information, and insurance. Make time for appointments. Take phone calls for providers, answer them, and send them as patient messages.
