The Engineering Effectiveness organization, which focuses on reducing failures and reducing lead times, deploy frequency, and restore time, includes our team. Our work involves both the upkeep of shared libraries and tools and the enhancement of the Python development experience for hundreds of Yelp engineers.
You will collaborate closely with other engineers to develop and maintain our Python platform, support and enhance the developer experience for Python developers, and make it easier to run and test system packages and services written in Python.

Ideally, three to five years of relevant work experience.
Relevant experience in at least one server-side programming language. Experience with Python’s build and deployment ecosystems.

What’s included:
The annual salary ranges from $130k to 190k. Benefits, restricted stock units, and bonuses may also be provided to you based on your position and level.
This opportunity can be completely remote in any and all parts of Canada.
