Full job description: We are seeking a full-time, remote Appointment Setter to book Sales Calls to join our team. The monthly pay for this position includes a commission. The objective of this position is to generate and cultivate sales calls from a variety of warm sources, but you are not alone! To fully utilize those hot leads and build your pipeline for follow-up, this position will require flexibility during those events. To facilitate the close, the candidate will not solely rely on those conversion events. This position offers prospecting for new leads in our community pool and requires building relationships. The CEO and the team collaborate closely with this position. The company runs a monthly virtual launch, which necessitates additional hours in the evenings and possibly on weekends during high peak times. This position requires working remotely from Monday through Friday with flexibility to meet prospect availability. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and eager to learn. Your achievement will be evaluated using:
Weekly achievement of community, social messaging, and lead metrics Satisfaction of leads and clients Weekly booking of eight sales consults This is a commission-only position with a base monthly pay of $70,000 or more. A six-figure salary can be earned by high performers.
