The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external Copart customers. The CSR provides solutions that help and facilitate a one-of-a-kind customer service experience by having a thorough understanding of Copart practices. This position’s primary responsibility is to provide members of Copart with inbound phone support throughout their membership with Copart.
After training, this will be a remote work shift from 10 to 7.
The CSR is the company’s face because they are frequently our customers’ first point of contact.

One year of office support insight in a client care job liked.
Possessing a high school diploma, excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems Computer proficiency – MS Suite Typing speed of 45 WPM Professional appearance, multitasking ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
