About the job: At Google, we adhere to a fundamental but straightforward premise: Everything else will fall into place if you concentrate on the user. This is made possible by user experience researchers (UXRs). Multidisciplinary teams of UX designers, researchers, writers, content strategists, program managers, and engineers make up Google User Experience (UX). We have a sincere concern for the people who use our products. In order to inspire and guide design, the UX team plays a crucial role in gathering information about the requirements, attitudes, behaviors, and feelings of those who use our products. We work closely together as well as with engineering and product management to develop market-leading products that add value to users and Google’s businesses. As a Client Experience Specialist (UXR), you will help your group of UXers, item chiefs, and designers comprehend client needs. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and functions, and you’ll have an impact on product development at every stage. You will be crucial to the development of delightful, useful, and useful products. Primary research methods like field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis will be used to investigate user behaviors and motivations. Google’s UXR community is one of a kind and will assist you in producing your best work. Through regular meetups, mentor programs, and access to internal research tools, you will have the chance to collaborate with UXRs from all over Google and gain knowledge from them.
We at YouTube are of the opinion that everyone has a right to a voice and that when we listen, share, and create community through our stories, the world becomes a better place.
