Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and teach visitors and customers proper phone manners.
assist with interview scheduling and drug testing.
Perform clerical tasks like entering data and writing reports.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
As needed, provide bilingual assistance to improve communication with a diverse clientele.
Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.
