Environment of Work:
The ideal candidate for this position is one who values autonomy! This position necessitates travel within a predetermined area because it involves providing therapy services in patients’ homes. The At-Home team member will collaborate closely with patients and their families to create a learning and skill-development environment that is nurturing and supportive. At Home, teammates typically work with one to two patients each day, Monday through Friday. Treatment blocks run from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with one hour allotted for patients to switch.

Your responsibilities as an At-Home Behavior Therapist include:
Go to Client’s Homes: Take advantage of the opportunity to visit a variety of locations and meet families where they are most at ease. Must be able to drive for up to 45 minutes each way to and from patients’ homes.

Using the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with autism reach their full potential. Driving your own vehicle to patient appointments. Be on time and prepared for work. During direct therapy sessions, concentrate solely on your patient.
What we provide:
Associate/High School Diploma Track 16.00 – 24.00 Bachelors Degree Track 20.00 – 25.50 Masters Degree Track 22.00 – 27.00 For entry-level candidates, your first raise is given after you are certified as an RBT. Pay ranges depend on experience and the highest level of completed education. This typically takes 45 days, and on top of base wages, there is an additional $2.00 per hour in premium pay!
