Full job description Job Overview We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk who is detail-oriented and organized to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of updating, maintaining, and accurately entering data into our systems. For the purpose of ensuring that our databases are up to date and that information is easily accessible for a variety of business operations, this position is absolutely necessary.
To help with order entry and data collection, the Data Entry Clerk will collaborate closely with other departments.
Perform accurate data entry into various systems and files, paying close attention to detail and ensuring high levels of accuracy.

Manage the processes of entering orders, verifying information, and ensuring that the database is updated promptly.
For the purposes of reporting, collect and organize data from a variety of sources.
Keep both digital and physical documents in an organized filing system.
Compile data from a variety of sources to help with the preparation of reports.
Work with other members of the team to streamline data entry procedures and boost productivity.
Requirements Proficient in data entry and well-versed in office procedures and systems
a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational abilities
aptitude for multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Although not required, prior experience in order entry or data collection is preferred.
strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments effectively

Type of job: Paid Full-Time: Hourly pay ranges from $17.17 to $18.87 40 benefits per week:
