Acendas Travel is looking for seasoned, full-time, remote Corporate Travel Consultants. The candidate will provide business travelers with any and all requested travel services, including domestic and international air, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and more. Name of the company: Company/travel consultant reports to: Classification of Pay for Manager, Corporate Travel Center (CTC): The job description for this full-time, non-exempt position is to provide excellent customer service to a number of corporate clients who travel domestically and/or internationally. At the same time, you must accurately manage all travel requests by adhering to the appropriate process and procedures. This person needs to be self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and a team player who is driven by technology.

In a call center, essential duties and responsibilities include responding to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, text/SMS, or online booking tool.
In accordance with client requests, receive, initiate, and process reservations by booking and ticketing airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services.

To successfully fulfill travel requests, make use of the queues, scripts, and programmable keys of the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS).

Qualifications: Corporate travel experience of at least four (4) years is required.
It is necessary to have experience working in travel agencies.

The Sabre reservation system needs to be in place for at least three years.
