What’s Required:
We are looking for a Remote RCS Product Support Specialist to handle phone calls and emails from customers in the United States and other countries and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

This person will respond promptly and accurately to questions about anything from building software clocks to audio cards, network infrastructure, or a SQL Server database.

What to Expect:
You will promptly respond to incoming emails and phone calls.
You’ll keep records of your interactions with customers; solve problems by providing solutions; investigate responses and direct customers through corrective actions.
You will collaborate with coworkers to resolve software, hardware, network, and system issues.
Technical documentation that can be used to fix software bugs and make improvements will be written by you.
You will collaborate with customers to identify issues and suggest solutions to improve software system performance.
By participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks, we ask that you keep your skills current.

What’s Required:
The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the radio industry, adept at customer service, and team-oriented. In a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential. Radio technologies, networking technologies, and Microsoft Windows ought to be well-understood by candidates.
We are looking for people who have recently worked in an engineering, IT, or radio environment. It is highly desirable to have experience with broadcast software like GSelector, Zetta, or NexGen.
We want to hear from you if you have previous experience in customer service!
We require individuals with inherent ability to prioritize. Because you have worked in radio or television, you will know what to do if an off-air call comes in.
We never close! Ideally, you already have well-developed skills for troubleshooting and investigation. There may be a need for new schedules.
English and Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
