A corporate travel consultant (agent) who is knowledgeable about Sabre or Apollo, as well as domestic and international destinations, is needed for this position. For this position, you must have a background in business, not in leisure. You must be in the United States. In addition to making accurate reservations for business travel and meeting the requirements of the client’s travel program, a Corporate Travel Consultant is responsible for fostering and maintaining a relationship between World Travel, Inc. and its client through consultative conversations with the travelers.

Arranging complicated domestic and international travel for corporate clients, including hotel stays, ground transportation, transfers, and rental cars.

Informing travelers of international travel requirements and concerns (such as vaccinations, passports, and visas).

Consistently demonstrating an in-depth comprehension of the client’s travel policy, guidelines, authorization requirements, and other procedures

Utilizes the World Travel, Inc. phone effectively to provide the best possible customer service Keep the immediate supervisor fully and promptly informed of any potential issues or unusual matters of significance, and if necessary, take prompt corrective action or suggest other possible actions.

Demonstrate a strong internal and external customer service orientation; Maintain a favorable working relationship with company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness. when interacting with clients, vendors, and coworkers, tact and diplomacy are required; courtesy and professionalism on the phone; ability to work on one’s own; sound judgment; a high school diploma or equivalent is required; It is preferred to have completed a travel school program that is accredited and some college.

It is necessary to have two years of corporate travel agent experience;

Preferably, two years of corporate travel experience. It is necessary to be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Strong working information on the Saber or Apollo GDS framework.

It is strongly recommended to be familiar with corporate online booking tools. You must be able to type at least 50 words per minute on a keyboard.
