You are a strategic business partner and advocate as the manager of Starbucks partner resources. Throughout our ST (Starbucks Technology) organization, you execute all Partner Resources (HR) products and services flawlessly for Starbucks partners. As a partner resources manager, you will be a leader in this area because we take pride in all of our partners modeling and acting in line with Starbuck’s guiding principles.
Collaborate and Communicate: You will collaborate with leaders, members of the Partner Resources team, and cross-functional teams to ensure that the organizational needs of clients are met and to develop strategic programs as a partner resource manager ST (Starbucks Technology).
Transparency in Action: Ask for and pay attention to partners’ concerns and actively participate in problem solving. Give data, or work with accomplices’ capacity to acquire data, about benefits, pay, preparing, and other Accomplice Assets projects, and administrations.

Drive and Deliver: Put Partner Resources’ strategic plans, strategies, and projects into action by obsessing over the partner experience. Improve the culture of the business by integrating strategic plans, projects, and goals for Partner Resources across the entire organization and into client business units, departments, and regions.
Influence: Consult with and support Leaders on partner relations issues, as well as applicable employment laws and company policies.

We would love to hear from individuals who:
Six or more years of experience as a generalist or specialist in human resources.
Three or more years of experience working as a consultant with internal clients to determine business requirements and solutions.
This position will necessitate a presence in Seattle, Washington, with at least three years of supervisory experience.

You can take vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in California) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in California) for roles at director or above if you work in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND, or RI. You will receive 120 hours of annual vacation time for roles below director in other states, and 200 hours for roles director and above.
The successful candidate’s actual base pay will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
Compensation decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate at Starbucks, and it is uncommon for a person to be hired at the upper end of the range for their position.
