Full-time Meeting Air Coordinator (Remote) based in the United States or Canada In this position, you will be in charge of making airline reservations as requested by program participants and in accordance with assigned group programs. You will help clients understand our services and qualify all meeting requests, provide support services to the event manager and Meeting Planners, and lend a hand whenever necessary to ensure the event or meeting runs smoothly.

You will be the primary point of contact for all participant services related to an event as a Meeting Air Coordinator. You will support online registration via CVENT and online booking via Concur. You will use the appropriate BCD tools, GDS, and systems to complete requests. You will demonstrate knowledge of airline supplier rules, including airline contracts held by clients or BCD. You will complete assigned work to meet SLAs on all assigned accounts. You will work within customer budgetary guidelines and advise the Attendee Services Coordinator of any concerns.

You will provide Knowledge of Amadeus is preferred, as is previous experience with meeting air coordination.

Working in a team setting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Working knowledge of database systems is a plus. About us.
