Description of Job:

We are looking for an Onboarding Success Engineer who is personable, well-organized, and proactive to join our team. This position is very important for making sure that our new clients have a positive, easy-to-understand, and smooth onboarding process.

During this crucial stage of the client journey, the individual will be in charge of proactive management of all aspects of client onboarding.

Principal Obligations:

Manage and maintain HubSpot tickets, tracking client progress by creating, updating, and moving tickets through various pipeline stages.

Primary oversight of the client journey between contract signing and adoption. Ensure that all aspects of the onboarding process are fully executed effectively and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records, update ticket statuses as necessary, and report on any significant trends or anomalies that arise.

Drive telephony operations by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in addressing client inquiries regarding the tracking number system, submitting port requests for new phone numbers, and troubleshooting telephony issues for both new and existing clients. Communicate with clients via emails, virtual meetings, calls, and chats to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Deliver consistent visual, verbal, and written communications that uphold the company’s reputation for customer-focused support and reflect professionalism. Throughout the onboarding process, provide prompt and effective responses to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Perform cross-functional collaboration with a variety of teams to facilitate a coordinated approach to client onboarding. Prepare technical documentation and reports for stakeholders both internal and external.
Recognize open doors for process improvement and examine potential execution changes to upgrade the client experience.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned or determined in accordance with the company’s growth requirements.

Structure of the Report:

The Director of Technical Operations oversees this position.

Experience and Education:

Degree in information technology or telecommunications engineering, or work experience of at least four years. Any telecom-related training programs and certifications, such as Cisco’s CCNA, VoIP certifications, or any vendor-specific certifications, are advantageous.
