Responsibilities:
– Handling and resolving customer complaints – Processing orders, forms, and requests – Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints – Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary The overall scope of this position is to assist survivors of the most recent Hurricanes in Florida by submitting applications for temporary shelter, calling out to survivors who have started the process, and gathering information that is missing from a current application.

Qualifications:
-MUST TALK IN EXCELLENT ENGLISH.

MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to effectively multitask, prioritize tasks, and use Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A high school diploma or an equivalent is required.
