Summary of the Position:
It will be hybrid training. Schedule for training as follows:
On-site: Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7.
Remote: Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8.

TYPICAL ASSIGNMENTS The Trainee will complete the following typical assignments in order to grow and learn:
Accesses the claims processing system and other sources of information to research questions. Answers questions from customers, groups, and providers by phone or in writing (such as by mail) with proper grammar, punctuation, and other etiquette.
uses office equipment, such as a personal computer, calculator, copier, or fax machine, and keeps records and files related to the department.
enters new claims, eligibility, and subscriber information into the mainframe; reviews the coverage of subscribers to determine the type and level of benefits; makes corrections to claims and eligibility;
