What you’ll be doing These are the job’s essential responsibilities. Passenger tickets can be issued, reissued, and refunded. Flight reservations can be booked, ticketed, and confirmed. Passengers can be rebooked on overbooked flights and during irregular operations. Passengers can check in and have their seats assigned (except curbside), and they can get upgrades and vouchers for hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation.
