Full expected set of responsibilities
The CGF Sending group at Wayfair is a computerized cargo sending association inside Wayfair’s more extensive CastleGate Coordinated operations organization. We provide Wayfair suppliers with cost-effective and user-friendly logistics solutions through our comprehensive range of shipping services. We are looking for a senior associate to lead and manage a portfolio of important Wayfair suppliers, increase sales incrementally, improve processes, and be a major business partner.

You will build strong relationships with suppliers to drive growth and execution of our strategic business lines as a key member of the CGF Team.

The percentage of volume shipped through CastleGate Logistics for each supplier and the degree to which suppliers are satisfied with the service will be used as indicators of success.

How you’ll act:

Build relationships with a portfolio of CGF Suppliers and provide exceptional customer service.
organically expand the portfolio so that annual goals are met or exceeded. Utilizing existing tools (dashboards, scorecards) and data sets, manage customer performance to meet or exceed CGF SLAs.

Improve processes and the supplier experience by strengthening relationships with internal cross-functional teams. Address issues with freight movement and sporadic transactions as they arise.

Implement SLA compliance-focused campaigns for supplier performance improvement.

Conduct monthly customer business review calls with Key Account Managers to discuss SLA compliance, MQC usage, outstanding issues, and commercial opportunities. Provide recommendations for customer pain points that need improvement.
Create reports that support improvements over the long term by analyzing data and trends.

You will need:

A bachelor’s degree, as well as a minimum of one to two years working in customer service, account management, operations, logistics, or a supply chain environment, customer success, or transportation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience in a highly cross-functional environment strongly preferred Experience working with, analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting data with clarity and recommended actions in Excel or Googlesheets analytical experience demonstrated ability to craft and deliver clear narratives on work plans demonstrated record of taking ownership and responsibility for driving successful results demonstrated ability to define scope and build out a clear work plan to investigate and solve ambiguous problems demonstrated success in managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders with competing priorities demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the skills to prioritize ruthlessly We are reimagining how people shop for their homes, whether you work in our warehouses or offices around the world or in our global headquarters in Berlin or Boston.
