The full job description The Dwight School is the first American school to offer all four International Baccalaureate programs, from preschool through 12th grade. Dwight is an inclusive school that aims to meet each student’s unique needs, abilities, and interests. It is guided by our belief that every child possesses a genius spark. Dwight, on the other hand, encourages each student to become innovators and thought leaders while also cultivating intellectual independence, respect for diversity, and belonging.
Dwight has 1,100 students and 400 teachers, making it a school with a low student-to-teacher ratio. Three pillars support our school: individualized instruction, community, and a global perspective
Dwight is a leading global network of schools that provides exciting cross-campus opportunities to employees. Additionally, Dwight provides faculty professional development thanks to generous grants from The Dwight School Foundation. This allows teachers to expand their content knowledge and discover their own geniuses for the benefit of the community.
We strive to make Dwight an organization of which we are proud and a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. We are aware that this requires trusting relationships and ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background, feels valued.
We at Dwight promote diversity in all aspects, including diversity of thought, innovation, and growth through collaboration.
