The owner risked everything he owned to start the business almost 15 years ago in order to build it from the ground up. Today, the company’s strong backbone of monthly cashflow from its current holdings attracts a steady stream of new opportunities through its positive reputation. Flipping, renting, wholesaling, lending, and seller financing are some of our investment methods for single-family homes.

Can Do and No Drama: We keep the environment light and fun—no drama—and maintain a can-do attitude. We also place an emphasis on solutions and outcomes.
Together, we can win: We are team-oriented, working together to succeed or fail, and everyone has a stake in the outcome.

Why cooperate with us?

We are driven to succeed by our shared concern for one another as a team. We focus on developing genuine relationships with each other, our vendors, and our customers rather than just mentally ticking off tasks.
